Room was spacious but looking slightly different like on the picture. Anyway here was aircondition and fan on the ceiling, which was nice in that weather. We had problem with hot water but owner was very helpful and togerher we solved it. Absolutely perfect was pool on the 8.level. I don't know why but we were only ones who used it at that time. Also in the area near Amber Residence you can find options for lunch or coffee, bakery and markets. There's a guard down there all day. Nearest mall is Quaside Mall but we didn't get anything we were looking for (exchange office, SIM card, swimsuit...). Instead I recommend you a little more distant Main Place Mall where you can find exchange office if you need cash in local currency and also delicious thai cuisine for very covenient price.
The password on the WiFi could be in a visible place or via QR code.
Maybe it would be nice if there were two keys for both persons - because we didn't always move togerher.
Few glasses, no bowls for food and no cutlery (with a knife) - but you can't get that almost nowhere.
We were there for almost a week and were given 1 and half toilet paper for 2 people.
